I have to clarify the “Odie Gahuff” sound effect story. Ralph was right about the Gahuff, but people were calling in with “yoho Eddie” as a greeting. A woman called in and said “yoho Odie” by mistake so there was a short back and forth with calling Eddie Odie. Then I called in and said “Hi Ralph and yoho, Odie Gahuff. I have no message I just wanted to say Odie Gahuff. It’s fun to say...”Odie Gahuff, Odie Gahuff... LMB” and that’s the sound bite.

Just got around to listening to this episode, and I’ve gotta correct Eddie about the Titanic. Second and Third class passengers were NOT locked below deck, as seen in the movie. Women and children were given priority on the lifeboats regardless of class 😘
