Hello Boys and Girls!

I just wanted to remind you that, for some of you, Patreon will begin charging sales tax on a portion of your monthly pledge for The Ralph Report. This change goes into effect tomorrow, July 1st.

Due to new laws passing in several countries and some US states, Patreon will be required to start charging sales tax on benefits for some of our generals.

The sales tax amounts vary by state and country. (For example, live streams are not taxable in most states, but are in some.)

To that end, we have assessed all the taxable and non-taxable benefits for each patron level, and have done our best to minimize the sales tax impact to our patrons without, well, breaking the law!

For the most part, if there is a sales tax increase, it will be very small.

Based on your patron level, you might see an increase of between .15 cents and $1.40 per month.

Whether or not you will be charged sales tax depends on your location, and what is considered taxable there. The money that Patreon collects as a result of these laws is paid directly to local governments.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out via email to  Ralph@TheRalphReport.com and The First Lady will be in touch!
