The only thing that differ is different diaper brand and whether I'm changed straight away or I'm allowed to eat breakfast In my Nighttime Diaper and Shirt only :) He He He.

Last option can be embarrassing at times :) 

But the outcome is always the same Super Wet Diaper and some leaks from tossing and turning while asleep.
