[Game] Lustful Sin v0.4.0 Patron Tier 4+ Release (Patreon)

Thank you for your support and patience! Sorry for the delay, I was busy last week studying for my test, then I got sick this Sunday. Hope the wait is worth it!
I am also testing a new trick, which is slapping png images on renders for more expression variety, let me know what you think about it.
And once again thanks Wotnoth for his help! He have gone through all the text in the game and crushes all the grammar errors he could find, plus he improved the flavor text for Yuki's scene!
