[Game] Lustful Sin v0.3.9 Patron Tier 4+ Release (Patreon)

Thank you for your support and patience! Here is Sara and Haru's doll mode. This along with the new main story quest a few days ago will be the complete v0.3.9 update. (Go to Ai's room in the morning to trigger if you didn't read it.)
I have also used this update to improve Haru's normal X scenes as well as update some old renders of Haru and Hana here and there.

Once again, Wotnoth also brought you even more grammar and typo fixes, and he also improved them flavor text for a bunch of past X scenes, Thank Wotnoth for your hard work!
