[Game] Lustful Sin v0.5.4a Patron Tier 4+ Release (Patreon)

Note:  This  is  not  the  full  v0.  5.  4  version yet!  There  is  still  the  main  story  quest.  
Remember how  I  tried  to  shove  a  bunch  of  stuff  into  v0.  5.  0  and  it  make  me  1  week  behind  schedule? Yeah,  I'm  still  trying  to  catch  up  haha.  
I'm  releasing v0.  5.  4a  first  with  Sara  and  Hana's  possession for  those  who  aren't  interested in  the  main  story,  then  the  main  story  in  a  few  days.  
I'm  going  to  catch  up  with  the  schedule next  week  for  sure.
