A private in the US military is the very first rank a military member will get, and to have not been promoted even once in a year is pretty indicative of his behavior IMO

Yeah. It's a a bit weird that he hasn't ranked up. I agree, indicative of his behavior and drive. Probably further indicates that he was doing the bear minimum to be stationed overseas and likely joined the U.S. military as an O9A member.

I think the military classifies as anarchist any group that seeks to cause chaos or terrorism, regardless of their ideology.
