Baby Drama (Patreon)

The "Baby Drama" mod for The Sims 4 introduces a new set of features and interactions centered around the complexities of co-parenting and relationship dynamics. You have the ability to assign the 'baby mama' and 'baby daddy' traits to sims in CAS.

With the Baby Drama mod installed, players can request child support from the biological father or mother of their Sim's child. This feature adds a realistic element to the game, as it acknowledges the financial responsibilities that come with raising a child. Players can receive a buff as the 'baby mama' or 'baby daddy' that says they need child support.

To satisfy the child support buff, players can request to collect the support owed.

The mod also introduces the ability to engage in arguments about parenting techniques. Players can initiate conversations with the other parent and express their opinions on how to raise the child. This feature adds a layer of depth to the relationship dynamics and allows players to explore the complexities of co-parenting.

Furthermore, the Baby Drama mod enables players to complain about the other parent to other Sims within the game. This allows for venting frustrations or seeking advice from friends and family about the challenges they face in the co-parenting relationship.

Finally, the mod allows players to gossip about the other parent's new significant other. This feature adds a social element to the gameplay, allowing Sims to discuss and share their thoughts on the romantic relationships formed by the other parent. Gossiping about new partners can create drama and influence the overall dynamics of the co-parenting relationship.
