Slow Infant Needs - decayed by half (Patreon)

Hi Patrons,

For patch 1.96, people have been saying the infant needs go down too quickly. I have created this mod to cut the decay rate down by 50%.

If you download Slow Infant Needs, infants needs are cut in half from what they were originally.

==Update!==
I have added an additional package file called Plumlace - Slow Infant Needs - Energy.package that allows the energy to decrease at a higher rate than the rest of the infant needs due to a request.

==How To Install==

• Download 'Plumlace - Slow Infant Needs.package' OR  'Plumlace - Slow Infant Needs - Energy.package' from this post NOT BOTH
• Move package to your 'Mods' Folder
