UPDATE:

A very creative and generous Patron named Returnip went and made all of these spells 3.5e compatible! There are some minor modifications, and are generally formatted to be easier to digest for folks who still primarily play many gamers' favorite edition.

You can differentiate the files by looking at the filenames. The 3.5e versions all start with 35_ . Similarly, in the top right-hand corner of all of the 3.5e documents you will see a prominent "3.5".
