Chapter 13 : Pet (Patreon)

Ino woke up, being completely fresh. She stretched before getting off her bed and freshening up. After a few minutes, she walked into the dungeon wearing her nightgown.

A smile formed on her face as she saw Naruto struggling. She noticed that precum was leaking out of his cage. She grabbed a controller and turned on the vibration to the max. Naruto noticed it and got confused. Spikes dug into his dick once again.

Naruto was standing on his knees and elbows. He was completely helpless. Ino giggled and said, "I just need a few more finishing touches."

Naruto's eyes widened. He looked at Ino fearfully. Ino saw his eyes and began laughing. She slapped him playfully but still quite hard and said, "Don't panic. I have an idea."

She left and immediately changed into her casual clothes and returned. She said, "You will do a transformation jutsu."

She removed his collar and said, "Use your chakra like you normally do."

Naruto used his chakra. Ino placed her foot on his head and weaved hand signs.
'Transformation jutsu.'

Immediately, Naruto was transformed into a dog! Ino put the collar back on his neck. She made a few hand signs and pointed at the neck. Naruto immediately felt a pain in his neck. He yelped in pain.

Ino said, "I made your transformation permanent. Until I dispel it, or someone beats you too much, the transformation will stay intact. So don't worry about it being dispelled randomly outside."

Naruto was relieved. Ino added, "However, that is just the transformation. You have to talk and act like a dog. If you stop acting, then it is your fault if others find out."

Naruto nodded and barked. Ino grabbed his leash and walked him out of her house. Naruto was very nervous. His eyes moved all around him praying that no one would identify him. Every time someone saw him, he would become very insecure.

However, at noon, Naruto saw someone coming in and became scared. It was Sakura! He hadn't seen her for a while but he never imagined that this is how they would meet again.

Ino and Sakura greeted each other as best friends.
After chatting a bit, Ino teased, "So who is the lucky man you are getting flowers for? I didn't know that Sasuke returned."

Sakura blushed and said, "I am just getting it for a patient to make her feel better. Stop teasing me, Ino."

Suddenly, her eyes fell on the dog. She asked, "I didn't know you took a pet, Ino."

Ino chuckled and said, "I didn't. I was holding him for Inazuka Yumi."

Sakura replied, "Oh."
Before she could ask anything, Ino bent down and said, "But he is super cute."
She patted his head and said, "Every time I pat his head, he licks me."

Getting the hint, Naruto began licking Ino's boot. Fortunately, the transformation hid all his embarrassment. Ino giggled, "See. You try it."

Naruto was surprised and looked at Ino who subtly nodded. Sakura was intrigued. She too patted his head. Naruto immediately began licking her feet. He licked her boots before licking her exposed toes.

Sakura giggled, "So cute."
Suddenly she said, "And so relaxing."
Ino giggled.
Sakura asked, "What's his name?"
Ino said, "It's Mochi."
Sakura kept patting his head and said, "Good name."
Ino asked, "Want to catch up? You can keep patting his head."

Sakura nodded. Both sat down. Sakura got rid of her shoes and patted Naruto's head. He helplessly had to keep licking her feet.

After half an hour, she said goodbyes and left. Ino grabbed Naruto's leash and brought him to an inside room and began laughing. She said, "Oh boy! I was so tempted to end your transformation. I wonder what Sakura would have thought if she had seen you."

Naruto shivered at that thought while Ino kept laughing. Suddenly, she stopped. She looked at Naruto seriously and said, "However, you looked to be enjoying it a lot. She didn't even have to pat your head and yet you still kept licking her feet."

Naruto was scared. The last time Ino took Sakura's name, his testicle got branded. He desperately shook his head. Ino giggled, "If you hadn't been branded, I might have gotten angry and castrated you. However, you still have to be punished. Turn around."

She continued serving the customers until another close friend arrived. Hinata had come to visit her in the shop. Naruto got nervous once again.
