Back then I tried to code a combo system, the reasoning behind it would be that the more you hit an enemy the longer it would be stun, allowing Pherl to eat her enemies without being bothered.
in the future I want to weaponize flying stun enemies, making them hit other enemies and bounce back to the player.
another thing I came up with is flying stun enemies being swallowed way faster if the player moves in the opposite direction when intercepting them, like jumping when they fall, dashing when they bounce back to you, but that might be too hard to code for me.

Hey, that's pretty neat. And an interesting mechanic as well. Nice way to incentivize doing combos and more varied moves. Are you plans for the game concept being that your character will be the only pred? Or will the player have to be careful about other enemies that can eat them as well?
