Reward tiers removed! (Patreon)

I tried to change the higher tiers to a lower number, but it wouldn't let me do that with patrons on it. Plus, I noticed they changed a bit of how tiers work since the last time I poked around with them...? idk

For now I'm not gonna touch the lower tiers and leave them as they are. Thank you for all your support - For those that I still owe stuff too, don't worry - I'm still working on them. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get them done before the end of august, but my plate is still a teensy bit too full, so that's why I had to remove the tiers in the first place. I'll get any rewards/commissions I still owe done asap - they've been getting first-priority in my work day schedule.
