YOUR OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO IS UP! (Patreon)

A brand new music video has been posted! This song has been in the works a REEEALLY  long time! We wrote this song around 2014 and then we bought a ranch and have spent the last 5 years building our home, assembling a farm animal sanctuary and farm from scratch and creating and raising our son Izzy (the easiest part)!  Everything that has fallen outside of those projects (ex: music) has fallen into the storage closet. We are now doing some spring cleaning and we'll be brining you all of those songs written between 2012 and 2014. This one is just the first of many!  When we wrote this song we were really optimistic and it has been nice revisiting those positive emotions after all of the changes that we've had in our lives. We've been living so long in survival mode, it's time to switch to THRIVE MODE! On a personal note this has been the best year of RAT so far and this video will always remind us of everything that occurred in our lives during this month and past 1/2 decade.  We got to meet GOCO'S Wilder (part mountain goat part yeti) and it was so heart filling for us especially because we get to raise an amazing kid from the "generation wild".  It all seems to relate to this same concept of inclusivity to us. We also discovered a new favorite show called "Alaskan Bush People" and it has helped us heal in many ways from the extreme learning curve of living off-grid.  It's the first time in a while that we felt like there were people out there going through similar life experiences as us and also it helped us to see that we really kick ass at going off-grid. Abe has been finishing the loft in our tiny house recording studio which is a really tough and irritating job working in an unfinished attic.  Morgan built Izzy a super great clubhouse for those snowy days stuck inside.  Every day that we get closer to the growing season the light inside our hearts grows a little brighter.  Time to kick up the fire and rage on into this new year with the strength of Metal and the Determination of the Rat! We're super exited to have all of you with us!
