We just fell right into this song. And we thought why not take the opportunity to share it with you first! Check the time stamp on the thumbnail.  Created literally minutes ago.  Abe still needs to add some solo tracks and harmonies. I'm so looking forward to hearing what he comes up with for this one. He has already created such beautiful guitar and bass tracks. We started out calling this song "foundations" as we were in composition process but we quickly and accidentally saved it as "Ricky" for obvious reasons.  The reason we started out calling it foundations was because we were doing an exercise in songwriting to write a song about a principal memory from childhood that you revisit often.  For me it's always Ricky.  In elementary he was that kid who always stood up for everyone and who always greeted people he passed in the hallway with a smile.  He was the kind of person who did what was right no matter what anyone...including the cool kids... thought about him.  He was creative and thoughtful and still is.  I follow him on instagram, he's a food blogger now! We both have loads of other memories like that but this one just seemed to assemble itself so we went with it.
