You tell the beastgirl you are willing to give her some of your food as you don't have much money.

She stands ready to fight for a few moments before her stomache announces it's choice with a loud growl.

"I... Alright, fine." She lowers her blade as you hand her one of your rations.

[ITEM REMOVED: RATION X 1]

The hungry beastgirl rapidly scarfs it down and starts to look a bit more relaxed before letting out a belch.

You ask her why she's trying to rob people on the road, especially so close to the capitol.

"The rich traders that can afford mercs always take an airship from Erada." The girl sits on a nearby stone. "No one actually takes this road unless they have no choice. Usually, it's easy pickings." You ask her why she even became a bandit in the first place. "I made some people mad that I shouldn't have, alright? Let's leave it at that."

You think about it for a moment and decide to ask her if she would want to travel with you. "Eh? Is there something wrong with your head? I just tried to bloody rob you! Why would I join you?" You tell her that together you could probably make decent money and she wouldn't have to go hungry again. "That... might be true. But how can I know this isn't just some ploy to turn me in the moment we get to a town?" The beastgirl glares at you.

"Tell ya what, I'll agree to it but..." She stands back up and faces you. "I'm still pretty hungry. You give me some more food and we'll do this. But I swear, if I ever go hungry with you, you'll pay for it..."

If you give her another ration you won't have enough to keep yourself from getting hungry before you reach Malor. Going back to Erada might be an option. However, taking on a companion does have the added cost of food, plus the fact that she doesn't seem to tolerate the idea of ever going hungry...

Looks like you get to make a choice! Will you take the somewhat untrustworthy bandit with you on your travels?

1. Sorry this is late. I was sick over the last few days.

2. Gonna start doing Adventure RPG posts every weekday. This is probably my favorite thing to do, so I figure why not do it more often? :V
