Character Preview: Patra (Patreon)

    Introducing Patra, the final member and 'leader' of the Brunch Squad! A cool, calculating beauty, she is completely devoted to the mission and will stop at nothing to carry out her orders. Like the the rest of her squad, she's an incredibly popular model of vessel on Earth, serving as a schoolteacher and private tutor, and she's rumored to be more intelligent than any other vessel. With her in the lead, it's certain that the Brunch Squad is in on its way up, with nothing but good days ahead of them... right?

   Unfortunately, no amount of devotion or intelligence can make up for Patra's sheer lack of fighting ability. In addition, her entire 'cool and calculating' persona is just the byproduct of her immense social anxiety making her clam up in front of other people. She's not even really the leader of the Brunch Squad, she was just pressed into taking the role by Cornucopia and Sampo and those two are the ones that ultimately make most of the decisions. Still, even if she feels a bit awkward around them, she relishes her friendship with the pair and hopes that, one day, she might be able to relax enough to speak naturally with them. Until that day comes, though, she'll do her best to keep them alive... futile as that is.
