The way Archers Reality Marble works is any weapon he's seen gets automatically stored in it. So he can accurately recreate any weapon he's ever seen, including Noble Phantasms. Also a reality marble is essentially the users internal world manifested on the outside, and is a spell only usable by those who internal world view is drastically different from the norm. Gil calls him a Faker cause he knows the weapons Archer uses are replicas, fakes.

Frankly, the "you should have known by now" comments are a bit impatient. It's easy to see all the foreshadowing when you already know who he is, but otherwise it's fairly hidden.
