Maybe after you'll finish the series + special episode you should check the canon-episode-zero-special or whatever it's called they made. It's called: "Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note - A Grave Keeper, a Cat, and a Mage" and it the length of a normal episode. The only reason I'm telling you this now is because it is actually a bit of a sad episode.

So the maid is made from the Volumen Hydrargyrum, the liquid mercury magecraft that Kayneth El-Melloi used in Fate/Zero against Kiritsugu. Man, if I hadn't just seen young Goredolf in the montage at the end of Apocrypha I would not have recognised him here at all, he looks so different without the moustache. I'd also totally forgotten he was from Policies, that explains why he shows up here.

Yeah exactly hahaha. He looks really old with the moustache despite only being in his 20s (his voice also sounds old). I believe his wealth and position in Policy is what eventually led him to take charge in Chaldea in FGO.
