Honestly few people talk about it, but the words Rin's mom said to Kariya definitely were something that would cut really deep for anyone in his place, especially considering how much he sacrificed for her to get her daughter back while knowing all of it gonna go unrewarded. (Since he was dy*ng anyway)

Exactly man!! There was so much going on in my head during that scene that I couldn't even cover after. It was deep on so many levels and definitely the most powerful scene in the entire Fate/Zero series for me so far
