I just had to add one of these to my recent order to test it with my Geiger counter.

It didn't disappoint, although the eBay 5G phone protection stickers are worse.

Temu radioactive pendant

I decided to test if Temu were selling radioactive "health" items, and they are. eBay, amazon and the rest of the online marketplaces are guilty of selling radioactive stuff too. Often mis described as negative ion devices when they really aren't. This is quite an impressive one. A nicely moulded poker-chip style pendant, but I really don't recommend wearing this around your neck. These things often contain thorium dioxide as the radioactive element. If you enjoy these videos you can help support the channel with a dollar for coffee, cookies and random gadgets for disassembly at:- https://www.bigclive.com/coffee.htm This also keeps the channel independent of YouTube's algorithm quirks, allowing it to be a bit more dangerous and naughty. #ElectronicsCreators

I'd never heard of TEMU before you posted that other video a few days ago. Checked them out; they started serving Canada early this year. But I don't know if it's just me, but the site won't show me the details of any listing - I can see the summary in the search or browse page, but clicking on any of them demands I create an account and sign in before it will show me the detailed listing. Seems an odd way to run a railroad; reminds me of some retailers' early internet presences, where it was always "Call for price!".

Temu has some very real and serious allegations against them for knowingly selling products made by forced slave labor. We shouldn't be buying anything through them to begin with.

I'd never heard of Temu either until I saw Clive's latest series of videos. I guess that's what happens when you only engage with social media using heavy ad blocking.
