This is quite a neat charger.   Very compact.

Inside a Olight magnetic battery charger.

This is quite a neat device. It's a universal charger suitable for NiMh/NiCd cells and standard cylindrical lithium cells with an upper charge voltage of 4.2V (not suitable for LiFePO4 cells). It's USB powered and uses magnetic contacts to make a solid connection onto the cell being charged.

Lost it at knee slappers. Maybe that's the point.

could have been worse...could have been knee tremblers.

Olight products are a step up from the ordinary. I was issued with one of their head lamps a long time ago, a total Cardinal product, not an ounce of bother with it. Battery technology itself needs to improve though...

We need a dedicated video on the use of knee-slappers in electronics.

can't beat a good knee slapper

Your printed fotos are really helpful. Thumbs up!

Having a hard time understanding the need for such a thing - I mean it's neat and well built, but it's going to take hours and hours to charge AA batteries one at a time. No mention of 18650's in the video - which I assume this would be made for.

I think you may have it in reverse, although that would be another nice use of the "magnetic contacts". You plug it into the usb power bank or chargers, and it charges the attached battery.

I have wondered ever since I had to use a magnet in a charger because battery terminal was depressed, if there could be use.
