Another instalment in the carbonation series that seems to go either really well or really badly. In this case it didn't go well at all.... I did decide to put a towel down just in case. After it had settled, it was actually OK, and just a bit fizzier. But drinking directly from the bottle just resulted in massive in-mouth foaming and beer spraying out everywhere.
