After hearing them talking about how the characters age, I realized that at later levels, we could fast forward to the future; because: Ame would live to be old Suvi could clone herself to stay forever young and Eursulon could have concluded his arc and gone to the spirit world, just to decide to come back for Suvi and Ame. Following the 3 of them 100 years later could be a fun way to give an epilogue

Let me a bad person and say something super cursed: Witches are the service workers of magic casters. So to explain wicked witches are the ones who hate their jobs and way of the heart are those who are just a little more positive then the rest. Either way I think the best way to prove this is that they all have to field the spirit and human worlds complaints and try to make them both happy. And isn’t that just trying to make both customers and corporate happy?

What I think I like most about "cognitive load for wizards" is that it ups the stakes evenly. Like... It's gonna suck when a punch to the sternum breaks concentration on all of your spells simultaneously. But it's a glorious time 'til that happens... (I'll also add, we need a subclass that specializes in *maintaining* concentration, at a cost of something else. That one's harder to balance, but the same logic calls for it.)
