When we walked out we saw a person that I instantly could tell I disliked and someone that reminded me of Weiss. They had their weapons drawn and aimed at me. Ironwood with his pistol and Winter with her saber.
"On the jurisdiction of the Atlas Military, you are under arrest. For stealing the property of Atlas and causing mass destruction." Winter said professionally. "Come peacefully Raven Brawnwen and your helper."
"Enough Winter. They won't follow our orders. They most likely work for her. Never thought Raven would betray us like this." Ironwood said walking forward.
"Ozpin is a liar. He keeps things from us. Like the fact Salem is immortal." Raven told him without even acting phased and not drawing her sword.
"You lie!" Ironwood said, shooting his gun at her.
I could see the bullet shooting through the air. Looking toward Raven I saw her eyes set ablaze before she waved her hand encasing the bullet in ice.
"Y-Your a maiden." Ironwood said in shock.
"Yes." she simply said.
"If you are a maiden it is better to work with us. We can protect you from her." Ironwood yelled at her.
"Oh, like how you protected Amber. I'm doing perfectly fine on my own. I've joined someone that is much stronger than Salem anyway. He is someone that will grant me the power to even topple Ozpin and Salem combined." she said and I couldn't help but smile.
She is definitely going to get a power-up after this.
"Is this the man? He must be lying to you. No way just one person could defeat Salem." Ironwood said. "If what you said is true about her being immortal. No one can."
"I would watch your words carefully. Ironwood. That is my king you're talking about." Raven said seriously.
I knew she already couldn't care about me like that, so I figured she was just messing around. It isn't like I saved her or anything. Told her I was a GOD and she basically offered her entire being to me. She even saw proof of my past and me enslaving the relics. Probably just trying to get on my good side. Even if she already is. Anyone apart from my peerage is under my protection.
"Calm down Raven. Let me handle this." I told her. "Oh, and don't get involved no matter what."
Deciding to show her some trust I gave her the two relics. Since I hadn't put them away in my storage. I then started to descend the flight of stairs toward Ironwood and Winter.
"I hold no ill will against you Winter. If you stand down you won't be hurt. I'm sure Weiss would be so upset if something happened to you." I mocked her, telling her I knew more about her.
"What did you do to my sister?" she growled.
"Oh, nothing. Just caused her to be terrified of me." I told her not to elaborate. I was going to use this chance to power up.
"What did you do?" she growled again and I just smirked at her.
She launched herself at me in rage and started stabbing me repeatedly with her saber. I just stood there letting her full attacks hit me. Honestly, she has tremendous skill. If it was a battle based on skill with a weapon she probably would destroy me. However, this is no friendly spar and I'm using every bit of power I have.
She kept stabbing me and even if it was painful my pain tolerance had long since maxed out. So, I was able to feel nothing. The damage kept accumulating quickly. I could see my health drop at unimaginable speeds before the fountain ability activated healing it.
"Come on, is that all you have? Man, your drunk mother would do better than you... no, your father would put up a better fight." I said, causing her anger to get the better of her.
She used her glyphs to summon several large beowolves out of snow. They rushed me and started mauling me and slashing.
Laughing at this I started using my speed to dance around a few of them further mocking her. Winter soon joined her summons summoning glyphs to slow me down and speed herself up. Even if I could power through with my strength I acted as they affected me completely.
Slowing down to almost a halt. I kept moving, not dropping the smirk on my face. I could feel her anger. She slashed me repeatedly. My arms were even slashed off a few times. They were lucky that it was the afternoon. A few times she went for my head, but I dodged them.
"ARE YOU IMMORTAL?! WHY WON'T YOU DIE?!" Winter yelled in rage.
Not answering her, I looked toward Ironwood.
"When are you going to join? You're the one I wanted to fight anyway." I told him.
He didn't even answer and raised his gun and fired at my head. Watching the bullet come towards me I sighed visibly. The bullet reached my head going straight through my eye and the back of my head.
A hole clearly formed in my head and I let myself fall backward. Like I had died, not dropping the smirk on my face.
"He was all talk. It is all thanks to you Winter. During your fight, I noticed that he always dodged your attacks toward his head. Must have been his weakness." Ironwood said to his subordinate.
"Thank you, sir. Sorry, for letting my anger take over." she said.
Ironwood looked toward Raven who was sitting down at the top of the stairs watching the fight. The Relics in a pile next to her.
"If this man was truly stronger than Salem. We can beat her at any time. He clearly was lying to you. He is dead. Your safest decision is to come with us." Ironwood said to her.
"You know, all the evidence does point toward that truth. However, I learned recently the truth is not always what you see" Raven told them not even moving from her position.
