Vritra remained skeptical, continuing to challenge Azi Dahaka's assertions. "How can you be so certain that Ahriman wasn't driven by the same motives?" he inquired.

Azi Dahaka looked momentarily taken aback by Vritra's question before responding with a hiss, "He wasn't!"

"So, all the gods are complicit in this grand deception, and you alone are the righteous crusader?" Vritra asked skeptically.

Azi shook his head, frustration etched on his face. "No, you fool... only a select few are aware of the truth. Those who are have done everything in their power to suppress it. I seek to expose their lies... to dismantle the façade maintained by these so-called 'creator deities' who parade as the progenitors of our reality. Ahura Mazda will be unmasked for the fraud he is... as will the entirety of the divine pantheon. Balance must be restored!"

Vritra raised valid concerns, countering Azi Dahaka's fervent beliefs. "Even if your claims hold some truth, what do you hope to achieve by exposing this supposed knowledge? It is unlikely to change the minds of those who seek to eliminate or subjugate us, considering we are viewed as undesirable aspects stemming from the chaotic origins of the original God. They would perceive us as blemishes that should be eradicated to create their ideal paradises. Moreover, how can you be certain that Ophis is being truthful? She may be manipulating you with this distorted knowledge. You yourself acknowledged that she conceals information. It appears evident to me that she possesses far more knowledge than she is willing to share. Issei is correct in his assessment that Ophis doesn't truly care about any of us," Vritra argued.

Azi Dahaka remained resolute, undeterred by Vritra's skepticism. "Then why does Ophis deliberately refrain from killing everyone? Why does Great Red avoid this world? The Dragon Gods possess knowledge about us and our creator... and we must uncover the truth! This extends beyond personal vengeance, Vritra! I am striving to save the lives of humans, gods, and dragons alike! My purpose is to liberate the world from tyranny and falsehood," Azi declared, his voice filled with conviction.

Issei, feeling overwhelmed, pinched the bridge of his nose and closed his eyes. "This guy is a self-righteous fanatic," he thought to himself.

Ddraig, however, found some aspects intriguing. "Despite his fanaticism, it's intriguing that he agrees with your argument to Ophis about sparing Great Red. But I share your concern about Ophis harboring a hidden agenda. This complicates matters," Ddraig groaned.

Issei sighed inwardly. "This is all so strange. I really wish I could talk to Great Red about this, but he's been absent for a while," he lamented silently.

Ddraig speculated, "Perhaps there's a connection? Maybe he knows what Ophis is truly after..."

Issei dismissed the thought, voicing his doubts. "You can't seriously believe all of this," he retorted.

Ddraig responded promptly, "I don't fully believe it, but certain aspects do seem more than mere coincidences. Particularly the parts concerning Ophis's hidden motives."

Issei directed his next question to Azi Dahaka. "If Ophis is a True God as you claim, why doesn't she simply create her own reality instead of fixating on the Dimensional Gap? And what exactly does she desire in there? She mentioned wanting silence, but that doesn't make sense to me," he inquired.

Azi shrugged, acknowledging his lack of certainty. "I don't know why she specifically obsesses over the Dimensional Gap. There may be more to her goals than she reveals. It's possible she fears whatever caused the demise of our creator and seeks refuge within its depths. One peculiar aspect about Ophis is her reluctance to kill anything in this world. It could be out of respect for us beings born from the creator... or perhaps out of fear of attracting the attention of something else," Azi speculated.

Issei shook his head in disbelief. "Now you're suggesting Ophis is afraid of something? Ophis? She isn't even afraid of Great Red, who surpasses her in power! This whole theory of yours sounds utterly ludicrous. Spare me your wild conspiracy theories. I won't believe any of this until I see concrete evidence," Issei declared firmly.

As soon as Issei finished speaking, a radiant golden barrier materialized, enveloping the sky. Azi Dahaka stared up at it with alertness. "We have company..."

Before Issei could react, a colossal golden boar materialized out of thin air, catching them all off guard. Saji and Ingvild narrowly evaded the creature's onslaught, but both Issei and Azi Dahaka were struck, propelled into a wall that crumbled under the force, leaving half a building in ruins.

The boar abruptly transformed into a man, revealing himself in golden battle armor, wielding a sword and shield. His golden eyes pierced through the air, contrasting with his black hair and beard, now sprinkled with patches of white and silver.

"You've made a grave mistake by coming here, Azi Dahaka! I shall send you back to the abyss that birthed you, fiend!" he declared angrily, directing his ire at the Persian dragon.

Issei turned his attention to his companions, quickly opening a portal. "Go... I'll follow right behind you," he urged, relieved to see Saji and Ingvild not hesitating as they swiftly made their way through the portal. Once they were safely through, Issei focused his gaze on the newly arrived adversary. "Who the hell are you?!" he demanded.

"He is Verethragna, dragon-kin... a god-servant of Ahura Mazda," Azi Dahaka responded, providing Issei with the stranger's identity.

Within moments, another figure materialized nearby. Issei recognized him as Susanoo, the god. Susanoo drew one of his swords and charged toward Azi Dahaka, intent on attacking him. However, before he could reach the dragon, Azi Dahaka repelled him with a surge of shadow magic.
