Athena affirmed her decision. "Deception may not be necessary in this case. If we can confirm that he opposes joining Ophis, he might be open to hearing us out."

Amaterasu expressed her apprehension. "But if he discovers that we've been watching him, he will become even more guarded, and we might lose any chances of gathering valuable information."

Athena considered the point. "You're right. We should wait near the devil school and keep an eye on his friend until he returns to the city. Trying to locate his lair without more information would be futile. It's possible his illusion magic and portal ability allow him to hide it anywhere, even far from the city."

Artemis sighed in frustration. "Well, this is going to be boring. We need to find some way to pass the time."

Amaterasu leaned in closer to Thor. "Thor, your children have all grown up now, haven't they? Do you have any pictures of them?"

Thor nodded with a smile. "Indeed, I carry a little book with their pictures for my travels. I can show you if you'd like. It's been a while since you last saw them when they were young."

Curiosity sparked, Artemis and Amaterasu watched intently as Thor retrieved a small flipbook from his pack. He opened it, revealing a collection of pictures. "This is Magni, my oldest. His mother is a giant, and he's almost as big as me now. He and Modi, the one beside him, used to fight a lot, but they've become inseparable. Magni's stronger, but Modi has a knack for lightning spells. The little girl there is Thrud, the baby of the bunch and definitely my favorite. The boys constantly argue over who should inherit Mjolnir, but honestly, I think Thrud is the most worthy. Lastly, we have Ullr, my stepson. He's a good kid and quite intelligent, unlike my other sons. His real father was a Vanir god who died in the Aesir-Vanir war. Ullr is my favorite travel companion; he's an excellent archer and always has my back. He's also taught Modi a lot about magic."

Artemis admired the picture of Thor's wife, Sif. "Is that your wife? She's beautiful!"

Sif, depicted in the photo, possessed honey gold hair and exuded a perfect balance of strength and femininity. Though she wore a dress, a sword was still by her side.

Thor gazed at the picture with affection. "Yes, that's her. She's been a pillar of support throughout the years. And she's an incredible cook too. The most beautiful woman in Asgard, I'd say, even compared to Freya and Idunn. And the Valkyries, of course."

Rossweisse's curiosity was piqued. "Lord Thor, do you genuinely find all the Valkyries attractive?"

Thor chuckled heartily, his boisterous laughter filling the air. "Well, most of you are like teenagers to me, so in an aesthetic sense, I do find the Valkyries appealing."

Amaterasu expressed her surprise. "Wow, your daughter bears the closest resemblance to you. She looks more like you than any of your other children." She marveled at the photo of Thor's daughter, Thrud, who possessed the same golden orange hair, icy eyes, and intense facial expression as her father. If Thor were a 20-year-old girl, Thrud would be an exact likeness.

Thor nodded proudly. "Not only does she resemble me, but she also acts the most like me, much to her mother's concern. Her name, 'Thrud,' means 'strength.' Don't let her size fool you... she has defeated Magni and Modi in fights before. She possesses my fiery temper and isn't keen on conforming to traditional feminine ideals like her mother. She aspires to be like me and become the strongest god in Asgard one day."

Rossweisse chimed in with admiration. "Indeed, Thrud surpasses all the Valkyries in strength and is undoubtedly Lord Thor's most powerful child. Freya even approached her recently, asking if she wanted to join the Valkyries, as they all hold her in high regard."

Artemis found it intriguing. "She sounds like a formidable woman. It's interesting to see a god like you favoring your daughter."

Thor chuckled warmly. "Funny enough, you remind me a little of her. I believe the two of you would get along quite well."

Issei, Back at the House

As Issei stepped through the portal, he was met with a sight that left him utterly dumbfounded. His estate had undergone a complete transformation. Everything had been given a stylish overhaul, and the house now appeared even more grandiose than before. A massive garage had taken the place of the old one, and the entire structure exuded the fusion of a Yakuza mansion and a European castle. Dragon statues adorned the surroundings, and the house itself had been repainted in vibrant shades of red, gold, and a hint of green.

His gaze traveled upwards, and he noticed the pinnacle of the house now proudly displaying a Japanese flag alongside a Welsh flag. Issei recognized the Welsh Flag because it bore the emblem of Ddraig.

Issei stood there, his mouth agape in disbelief. "What the hell?!"

Ddraig grumbled with a hint of embarrassment, "Ugh... It always makes me cringe when I look at that Welsh Flag. They could have portrayed me better. I still can't believe they put me on a flag."

Issei agreed, realizing the culprit behind the transformation. "This has to be Red's doing... No one else would go to such lengths!"

Ingvild's voice trembled with concern. "The house looks completely different! How did someone manage to alter it without bypassing the barrier?"

"It had to be Red…I mean look at that damn garage over there!"

Issei's astonishment grew as he gestured towards the garage, his voice filled with amazement as he approached it on his bike. And what he saw inside left him utterly dumbfounded. Parked within the garage was a sight that defied belief—a transformed version of Issei's motorcycle.
