Thor shook Athena's hand with a firm forearm grip and nodded approvingly. "I've heard of you before. Hermod speaks highly of you, mentioning your strength and wisdom."

Rossweisse couldn't contain her excitement and admiration, exclaiming as she approached Athena, "Oh, so you're Athena! I'm a huge fan." She bowed respectfully to the Greek goddess.

Athena raised an eyebrow in confusion upon completing the handshake with Thor. "You are?"

"Yes! There are very few female deities outside our own pantheon who embody our ideals as closely as you do. You're like a female Odin," Rossweisse complimented sincerely.

Athena graciously accepted the praise, though still surprised. "I appreciate the kind words. I didn't even realize the Valkyries were familiar with my existence. I'm equally amazed that Hermes would mention me. I apologize if I haven't delved deeply into your pantheon's knowledge."

Thor turned his attention to Artemis, looking down at her with curiosity. "And who might you be?"

Defying any caution, Artemis approached him boldly, fixing him with a fierce glare. "I am Artemis, the one and only. Goddess of the Hunt and the Moon. Protector of women."

Thor's nonchalant response brushed off her dramatic introduction. "I haven't come across your name before. My brother Tyr is more knowledgeable about the Greek gods than I am. Between him and Hermod, I've only heard about the most renowned Olympians."

Artemis glared back at him, her disdain evident. "Well, you should have! But I'm not surprised that some barbarian god would be as dull as his followers."

Athena winced at her sister's confrontational behavior and tried to intervene. "Artemis, how can you expect him to be familiar with our pantheon when you yourself are unfamiliar with his, let alone show respect?"

"He may mean no disrespect, Lady Artemis. It's a pleasure to meet you as well," Rossweisse attempted to mediate and find common ground.

Artemis's disgust was palpable, but Thor extended his massive, sweaty hand nonetheless. "Well met then, huntress."

Athena and Amaterasu exchanged confused glances, as his calm response seemed contradictory to Thor's reputation and demeanor.

Artemis forcefully slapped Thor's hand away, prompting a dangerous glare from him. His fist clenched, as if struggling to control his anger. "Watch your tone, girl..."

"G-girl?! Why don't you watch how you speak to me? I'm not afraid of—" Before Artemis could finish her sentence, Thor swiftly grabbed her by the neck, lifting her off the ground.

The weather reacted instantaneously to Thor's shifting mood. Dark clouds gathered overhead, casting a shadow over the city. Rain poured down heavily, accompanied by booming thunder. Thor's grip tightened, causing Artemis to struggle for breath. He breathed heavily through his nose, his eyes displaying a touch of wildness. "It seems you've gone too long without a proper thrashing! Don't delude yourself with the pathetic fantasy that I can't kill you and every god in your pantheon!"

"Lord Thor, please stop! This sudden weather change is detrimental to our cover!" Rossweisse pleaded urgently, attempting to calm the Thunder God.

"Thor! Release her! We cannot afford such petty infighting!" Athena's authoritative voice boomed, demanding his attention.

Thor momentarily glanced at Athena before finally releasing his grip on Artemis. The huntress fell to her knees, gasping for air and panting in pain. The rain continued to pour, but the thunder ceased.

Athena looked down at her sister, sighing in disappointment. "Do not engage in fights with our allies, Artemis. Thor is right... He possesses the power to eliminate you or anyone in our pantheon. Show some respect and cease this embarrassing behavior."

Artemis, after regaining her breath, stood up with wounded pride. To everyone's surprise, she immediately offered an apology to Thor. "I'm sorry..."

Rossweisse half-expected Thor to ignore her or respond with further hostility. Yet, to her astonishment, he extended his hand once more. "You're brave, Artemis... Not many would have the audacity to stand up like that. You will need that courage for Ragnarok."

Artemis grasped Thor's arm, this time accepting the warrior handshake with gratitude and surprise evident in her expression. She looked at him, a mix of relief and genuine astonishment on her face, grateful for the unexpected opportunity he had given her.

"Thank you, Thor," Artemis murmured, her voice filled with sincerity.

Thor swiftly shifted the focus of their conversation, his attention on the matter at hand. "Let us proceed to locate the dragon's destination."

Artemis, offering her assistance, suggested, "Would you like to accompany us? There is ample space in my chariot."

Thor shrugged, seemingly indifferent. "I suppose that will suffice."

Amaterasu chimed in, attempting to lighten the mood, "Count me in as well. By the way, Thor, you appear to have shed some weight."

He glanced at her, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "Yes, Sif has been guiding me in swimming as of late. It seems to burn quite a few calories."

Observing her sister's changed demeanor, Athena couldn't help but marvel, 'Impressive... Thor managed to correct her attitude with apparent ease. It seems he is well-acquainted with putting people in their place, especially those boisterous gods and goddesses from the north.'

Issei sighed in frustration as he pulled his vehicle over, accompanied by Ingvild. "Where did this torrential rain come from? There wasn't a single cloud in sight earlier."

Ingvild pondered aloud, her expression pensive. "Issei, I've been thinking... You mentioned encountering the Shinto gods when you confronted those evil dragons, right? Could it be possible that they are watching you?"

The dragon abruptly turned his head toward her, his gaze intense. "How could they? I have an illusion barrier in place. Only those in close proximity can observe me directly. I would have sensed their presence."

"Well, those individuals we encountered back there did strike me as peculiar. You mentioned thinking they were giants. What if gods operate in a similar manner?" Ingvild proposed.
