Hestia's eyes widened as the pieces started to fit together. "I see... there seems to be a pattern. Ophis is gathering evil dragons. But for what purpose?"

Hades admitted, "I don't know the answer to that yet. However, I have reached out to the Egyptian god Osiris, requesting him to contact Ra for any information regarding the evil Eclipse Dragon, Apophis. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response, which leads me to believe the situation may be grave."

Demeter shook her head in disbelief. "This is preposterous! Are you suggesting that this dragon god is resurrecting all the deceased evil dragons?"

Athena interjected respectfully, "It may sound far-fetched, but we must take this matter seriously. Lord Hades, we appreciate you bringing this grave news to our attention."

Hera fixed her gaze on Hades, her expression serious. "Are the other factions aware of this development?"

Hades responded honestly, "I am uncertain. However, the devils have shown great fear towards dragons recently. We have evidence of a powerful dragon attacking one of their territories, decimating a district, and slaying the Astaroth family heir." He displayed another magical recording, capturing the aftermath of the attack.

The Olympians watched with rapt attention as the footage revealed the Astaroth territory in ruins, with glimpses of Issei engaging in a brief battle against Ajuka. Unfortunately, the video provided limited information. Hades paused the footage, focusing on Issei. "If Ophis is recruiting powerful dragons, this particular individual is likely a prime target."

Apollo, analyzing the situation, remarked, "Considering that he slaughtered a devil heir and confronted the Super Devil Ajuka Beelzebub, it's understandable why Ophis would be interested in him."

Aphrodite, captivated by Issei's appearance, interjected, "Who is this dragon? Surprisingly, he's rather adorable for a monstrous creature."

Hephaestus, who had remained silent until now, shot Aphrodite a brief glare but refrained from speaking.

Artemis, curious about Issei's fate, inquired, "So, what happened to this flying lizard? Did he triumph over the Super Devil?"

Hades shrugged, his knowledge limited. "I cannot say for certain, but he certainly did not suffer defeat. This is all the footage we were able to obtain. After the attack, he departed the Underworld and returned to Earth. The devils have been cautious around him ever since, refraining from further provocations, as far as I am aware."

Apollo sought additional information. "Does this dragon possess a name?"

In response to Apollo's query, Hades provided the dragon's identity. "In the Underworld, he is known as the Crimson Nightmare Dragon, but on Earth, he goes by the name Issei Hyoudou. Our investigations have revealed that he resides in Japan, on the far eastern island nation. I have dispatched my reapers to locate him, but they have encountered difficulties as he seems to reside in the border region between devil and fallen angel territories. Additionally, prominent leaders from various factions, including a Satan, an Archangel, and several Fallen Angel leaders, have been observed in the vicinity, suggesting that they are also keeping a close watch on him," Hades explained, delving deeper into the matter.

Artemis, intrigued by the presence of an Archangel in the footage, pointed at Gabriel and inquired, "Is that an Archangel accompanying him? Which one?"

Hades confirmed, "Indeed, that appears to be the Seraph Gabriel. I have crossed paths with her before. The devils believe that this dragon is allied with Heaven. I do not possess further details at the moment. My spies are diligently working to uncover the intricacies of this situation. However, one thing is certain: Ophis will undoubtedly make another appearance to pursue this dragon."

Artemis raised an eyebrow, considering the potential implications. "Hmm... Perhaps it would be wise to consult other pantheons for additional information. Shall I go forth and seek insights from the Shinto Gods?"

Zeus, recognizing the merit in Artemis's suggestion, nodded in agreement. "Indeed, the deities of Shintoism might possess more knowledge about this dragon, as he resides within their realm. Furthermore, it would be prudent to inquire with other pantheons if they have encountered any returning evil dragons. Hermes, would you be willing to undertake this task?"

Hermes, ever ready for an adventure, grinned mischievously. "Consider it done, Lord Zeus. I shall gather information from the Shinto Gods and beyond."

However, before the Olympians could proceed with their plan, their meeting was unexpectedly interrupted by the arrival of Tsukuyomi, the Shinto Moon God. He entered the chamber with a polite demeanor, bearing vital information for all the gods present.

Ares, ever vigilant and cautious, demanded to know Tsukuyomi's identity. "Who are you? And what brings you here unannounced?"

Remaining composed, Tsukuyomi replied, "I am Tsukuyomi, the Shinto Moon God. Please forgive my sudden appearance in Olympus. I have crucial information that concerns all of us, gods."

Hera, displaying her impatience, questioned him curtly. "It is rather impolite to intrude without invitation. What is this vital information you speak of?"

Tsukuyomi, understanding the urgency of the situation, explained, "I am familiar with the dragon you have been discussing, as well as Ophis's intentions. I happened to overhear parts of your conversation. Allow me to enlighten you with the knowledge we, the Shinto Gods, have gathered."

Amidst a few chuckles from Hermes, the Olympians eagerly focused their attention on Tsukuyomi. Zeus gestured for him to proceed. "Please, enlighten us with your findings."

Tsukuyomi revealed, "Ophis has already made attempts to recruit the Crimson Nightmare Dragon into her newly formed dragon army. My siblings and I confronted Ophis when we became aware of a significant presence of dragons. She has managed to amass an army comprised of many of history's greatest dragons. Among the confirmed recruits are Orochi, Crom Cruach, Ladon, Niðhöggr, Apophis, Grendel, Azi Dahaka, and Tiamat. Furthermore, she has gained control over the wielder of the heavenly dragon Albion and recently awakened the evil dragon Vritra within another individual's sacred gear. If we had not intervened when we did, she would have enlisted Vritra and the Crimson Nightmare Dragon as well. It is evident that she will return to claim them," Tsukuyomi relayed, his tone serious.

Athena, astounded by the scale of Ophis's recruitment, exclaimed, "That many dragons already under her command! She possesses a majority of the most powerful dragons in history!"

Artemis added with a hint of disdain, "Let us not forget the Hydra, either."
