Rias stood up from her seat with an air of authority and Akeno took her place with a contented smile. Grayfia, who seemed to be more amused than anyone else, watched as Rias walked towards Riser with a determined look in her eyes. However, Rias and Riser were both visibly annoyed by Akeno and me, as we were wrapped around each other and indulging in some intimate behavior under the desk. It was only Grayfia who caught on to what was happening, as our lower bodies were hidden by the furniture.
As Rias reached Riser, she looked him straight in the eyes and spoke with a hint of anger in her voice. "Yes, I did break the contract by sleeping with him," she said, gesturing towards me with an almost loving look in her eyes. I couldn't help but grin at her and give her a wink as I continued to move my hips against Akeno's, causing her to moan softly. Rias, however, was focused on Riser.
"The marriage was arranged without my knowledge," Rias continued. "Had you actually courted me in a normal fashion, I would have given you a chance. But I despise everything about you. The contract states that one of the ways for it to be broken is if I lose my virginity, which I decided to do with a man I found worthy of it." Rias turned her gaze back to me and her eyes softened as she looked at me with affection.
"I refuse to marry you," Rias declared firmly, turning back to Riser. Her words were like a cold slap in the face to Riser, who seemed stunned and angry. However, Rias was not done yet. "And as for you, Riser, you have no right to insult me or anyone I care about. You have no respect for others and you have no honor. You are nothing but a petty little man who thinks he is entitled to everything. You have no place in my life."
Riser's face turned red with anger, but he said nothing. It was clear that Rias had struck a nerve with him. Meanwhile, Akeno and I continued to enjoy each other's company under the desk, completely unnoticed by the others.
Riser's arrogant expression only fueled Rias' resolve to stand up for herself. Without hesitation, she walked towards him and looked him straight in the eye. "I will not be forced into a loveless marriage with someone I despise," she declared firmly, her voice carrying a strong conviction that couldn't be ignored.
Riser's smirk only grew wider, as if he found Rias' defiance amusing. "You think you have a choice in the matter? The Gremory clan has always valued the strength of its alliances. Your feelings are irrelevant when it comes to the greater good of our people," he retorted, his words dripping with condescension.
Rias shook her head, her eyes blazing with determination. "I will not sacrifice my happiness for the sake of politics. And I have a way out," she said, her tone leaving no room for argument.
Riser raised an eyebrow in confusion. "What way out?"
Rias' smirk grew smug as she revealed her plan. "I challenge you to a Rating Game. If I win, the arranged marriage contract will be null and void."
Riser's expression shifted from confusion to disbelief. "You think you can beat me?"
Rias shrugged nonchalantly. "I'm not worried. I have faith in my team, and I trust in my own abilities. And besides," she added with a mischievous glint in her eye, "I've been itching for a chance to take down the arrogant Phenex Riser."
Riser's laughter echoed through the room as he dismissed Rias' challenge with an arrogant sneer. "You think you can beat me in a Rating Game? That's absurd, Rias. You have never even participated in one! Meanwhile, I have participated in many and have only lost once. You don't have a chance against me."
Rias stood her ground, unfazed by his words as she raised an eyebrow at him. "Are you afraid to accept my challenge, Riser? Or are you just all talk and no action?" Her arms crossed under her bust, drawing Riser's attention to her ample curves. Akeno's movements became faster and more intense, her moans turning into pants, but Riser's gaze remained fixed on Rias.
I observed the situation with detached amusement, enjoying the show as Akeno continued to grind against me. It was clear that Riser was distracted by Rias' challenge and her alluring figure, giving me an opportunity to appreciate Akeno's movements without interference.
Riser's careless attitude irked Rias, but she didn't let it show. She couldn't believe he was so foolish to agree to such a bet. "Very well, Riser. I accept your offer," she said, a smug smile playing at the corners of her mouth. "And to make things more interesting, I propose that we add a stipulation to our bet."
Riser raised an eyebrow. "What kind of stipulation?"
"If I win," Rias began, her voice dripping with confidence, "you will not only have to give up your plans of marrying me but you will also have to give up any claim to the Gremory family name and your right to inherit any assets of the family. I will allow you to keep your own name and any assets you have already acquired but you will be disowned from the Phenex family."
Riser's face twisted into a scowl. "You can't do that! My family will never allow it!"
"Oh, I'm sure they will," Rias said with a smirk. "Especially after they find out that their precious heir lost a Rating Game to a girl who has never played before."
Riser gritted his teeth. "Fine. But what if I win?"
"If you win," Rias replied, "I will marry you without any contract. No arrangements, no negotiations. I will become your wife willingly."
Akeno gasped and stopped grinding into me as she turned to look at Rias. "Rias-sama, are you sure about this? What if you lose?"
"I won't lose," Rias said confidently. "I have ten days to prepare my peerage and during that time, we will train hard and come up with a strategy that will guarantee our victory."
I nodded in agreement, knowing that Rias was more than capable of leading us to victory. We may have been inexperienced, but we had something that Riser didn't - determination and a strong bond of trust and friendship.
Riser huffed and crossed his arms. "Very well. I accept your terms. Let the preparations begin."
