Headlines reading 'Several abandoned buildings in none populated areas exploding. What could be the cause? None, no harm in explosions. Has the number 1 hero met his match?'

Swiping his screen showed the pictures of several villains and police officers. Along with some heroes. He pressed on one of the pictures of an officer and made a side note. 'Officer who forced his children into despicable acts and had secret interactions with local gangs. Taken care of along with a low-rated criminal. Acceptable casualty.'

Scrolling along with the list that was in alphabetical order. His eyes lingered on one name and picture of Izuku Midoriya. Along the pictures and names of targets showed a reason they were on the list in the first place. Izuku's crime read, 'Personal reasons.' Giving no further details. Pressing on another name Bakugou turned back toward the window and jumped out disappearing into the sewers.

Bakugou had changed and Izuku was aware of his reemergence. Who would win the hero or... vigilante?

Prime POV:

This dragon is very resilient. Even after removing all its scales and teeth, it's still alive. I could try other experiments, but I've done them in the past, so I'm not concerned with those experiments. Should I try anything though? They won't survive this, so I won't get another chance.

Maybe if I take them into the abyss, I could gain their principles. It would increase my power.

"I can't allow this to continue, father," A bright light enveloped the brothers causing them to vanish.

I sighed looking toward a specific section of the sky. "Hikari, you didn't have to ruin my fun. Did you disintegrate them into your being? That's a dangerous ability, I should know."

Slight giggling sound through the air. "True, but I can't allow you to gain power from them. So, I'll take their power for myself."

Looking off into the distance, I see an aircraft making its way to Shade. "Hikari, do you know why I wouldn't let you stay?"

Silence answered my question.

"I-"

"You didn't see me as a daughter."

Feeling Hikari's presence starts leaving, my power rushed out trying to latch on to her. A portal opened up and I saw her with her back turned to me. Her long blond hair flowed down her back in between two pitch-black wings. A dark tendril formed, grabbing her wrist.

Causing her to be pulled toward the opening of the portal. I saw her look at me in surprise, tears forming in her eyes. Along with a sadness in her ocean blue eyes that couldn't be comprehended.

She had on a flowing white dress.

"Please, just let me explain!"

"No! You already told me all those years ago. I don't need you to explain anything!"

She raised her other hand toward me shooting a beam of light that caused me to be sent back. Crashing into the ground. Leaving a trail of destruction. While she easily destroyed the tendril on her wrist.

Her attack didn't hurt me. It just had me get sent back away from her.

I stood up with some rocks and dirt falling from my body.

"Please, just listen to me!"

"I'll show you how I felt when you sent me away. Once you lose all those you love, you will understand."

She turned around leaving the portal closing with her.

"You are the only one I've ever cared for though."

Mavros POV:

After the memory started fading, I found myself back in my original body. Seeing Prime looking off into the distance. I could feel his emotions as if they were my own which were different than before. I could feel his sadness, longing, pain, and regret.

In the past, I had felt that we were separate, but his actions were influencing me. Like if I wasn't careful, I would do something I didn't wish to do.

Which doesn't sound too different, but the way it feels is. Now I feel as if his actions were my own.

I reached out for control of my body and Prime didn't fight me. He seemed to let himself get held up in my mind.

'A-Are you okay?' I'm not sure what standpoint I should have with Prime. Should I treat him as if he is unwanted or treat him as a friend.

'Don't worry about me.'

'If you wish to talk about it let me know.'

I know Prime is a monster, but right now I don't think I could choose how to treat him. So, I'll treat him neutrally for now.

Hearing the sound of an airship above distracted me from my thoughts. Feeling the blood that I could control in the ship told me there was only one lifeform on the ship. While I waited for it to land, I saw Theodore looking at me in fear.

Seeing Prime must have done a number on him.

"You don't need to fear me. I hold no ill will against you." I didn't want to kill again today.

"What about the Kingdom?" His fear was valid. If I wanted to, I could easily destroy Vacuo. It wouldn't even take much work. I could wave my hand and cause it to be baptized in blood.

What? No, I can't do that because the people here are innocent and they don't need to be killed.

"No, I need to worry. I won't harm the people of Vacuo. It will take some time, but they can restore what was destroyed."

"Why?" Theodore had a look of confusion.

"Why? Why would I want to kill the brothers? Why would I protect Vacuo? You're going to need to narrow down the question."

"Why would you protect Vacuo?"

"He wasn't. The gods were his targets."

"Winter. I see that you are taking your rule as General well."

"Not really, it has been a lot of work." Winter sighed looking around Shade Academy.

It was in ruins. Rubble littered the ground, black and white goo splattered along with the rubble.

"You did a number on this place."
