He just had no real combat experience because he relied too much on Ban's power and after losing it, stayed in a world not able to give him a challenge. If Grayfia would have trained him before he left DxD maybe he would have realized weakness. Himself.

Now that I'm able to take control he doesn't need to worry about the Xperience since the battles I've experienced would make the Gods of Wars retreat in fear. He may even see some of those battles, but even I'm not even aware of what he is seeing.

Before fighting Hikari, I looked into the future and these events I'm experiencing now aren't what should be happening. Mavros should have lost his peerage in the fight against the brothers, but Nike told him the future.

Which I saw, but his reaction to it was something different from what fate had decreed. I saw him trying to train them and give them powers, but ultimately still failing. He would have lost everyone, but Ravel and lost himself in his dragon form.

He would have won the fight and Ophis would have saved him, but at that point, he wouldn't have cared about anything and went after all the keys to my locks. Hoping to take control of my power to bring them back.

He would have had against the odds, barely defeating Arthur and becoming the King of Chaos. At that point he would be so drained that my will would have overtaken his, giving me control, but now it's anyone's game. I don't even care if I lose, this is something I've never experienced, so for the first time in millennia, I'm having fun.

A grin grew on my face before I could even realize it. I looked over at the brothers and they were getting on my nerves with their loud thrashing and roaring. They had long since lost their minds. So, they could use their full potential. If they weren't a mindless beast they could have least broken out of my hold, but beating me would have been impossible.

I sent my shadow toward them before it raised from the ground at a speed incomprehensible and spikes were protruding through their bodies. However, they still were thrashing in my direction. Their heads were the only thing that could move since it was the only thing that didn't have a spike through them but their necks couldn't move because of the spike protruding from it.

"Still alive? Wonder if I peeled your scales from your body if you would stay alive. One way to find out." I said walking toward them, summoning some surgery tools into my hand made of shadows. I could use other elements, but darkness was my strongest. The only element I couldn't use was light since I gave it away.

I know she is watching. Wondering if she will speak to me. She may have attempted to kill me, but I don't blame her.

I blame myself.

Theodore POV:-

Waking up and feeling yourself shivering and barely having enough strength to move is not a comfortable feeling. I knew it was because I've lost so much blood, but I could only be glad I was alive.

I looked around the courtyard and saw the kid that looked like a Branwen not acting like he was before, but he was much stronger now and had managed to bring the massive dragon to the ground. Now he was torturing the dragon by slowly using a... shadow scalpel into the scales and peeling them off the dragon. That was only able to lay there, roaring in pain.

"Annoying, but interesting that you're still alive. I wonder if you will be after I've removed the tongue and teeth. They may be useful." I heard the kid say, in a voice that emitted power.

This. was. not. the. same. kid. This was someone, not something else.

I used the little strength I had to get my scroll out of my pocket. Using the movement and the ground to remove it. I didn't have hands, so it was the best I could do. I then used my nose to call Ironwood.

"General Schnee speaking. How can Atlas help?" Winter Schnee said, confusing me.

Why would Ironwood's second in command be in charge now? Unless, he died. Whatever, more important matters at the moment.

"Theodore of Shade Academy requesting help. Send everyone you have, the Gods have returned and started attacking Vacuo. They are in battle with a man much stronger and I fear his sights may turn onto Vacuo." I said, getting silent on the scroll.

"Does the man have black hair and red eyes like a Branwen?" General Schnee asked, confusing me. Yeah, why is this important?

"He does," I told her, hearing a sigh come from Winter. Does she know this man?

"Atlas will send one ship and I'll personally be on it. No more will be sent." General Schnee told me.

"Send more. One ship will not be enough." I told her, desperately hoping she would listen.

"I'm aware. The whole fleet isn't even enough. Mavros is a being that we can't defeat." She told me, cutting the call.

I looked over at the now named Mavros wondering who this man is. He can go toe to toe with the Gods, more powerful than the entire Atlas fleet, and killed Ozpin.

I saw him laughing while cutting the white dragon's eyes out of its head. It has long since given up, but was still breathing.

He is a monster.

Mindscape with Mavros:-

Opening my eyes, I was standing in the center of a battlefield. All around me were corpses and people fighting. I was wondering what was happening and where I was. I didn't recognize my surroundings or people, so I wasn't transported to another world I knew.

I was going to explore when I saw a tear in reality form in front of me. The only feeling I felt was dread seeing the tear. Everyone on the battlefield had stopped and all got down on their knees praying for salvation.
