New Character Vote (Patreon)

I want propose new character vote each start of month for next month character. Since today is only 14th, i think we can start character suggestion that will be open for 2 days. And then the vote will be held for 2 days after that.
So Rin tohsaka and eureka will be the last character release from previous vote.
the top 2 from vote will be the chosen character for next month release.
