New plugin parameter: Extra Touch Buttons – set to TRUE for add Menu and Back button to all default windows [MV only]

• Added plugin parameter: Two fingers menu call – set to FALSE to prevent accidental call menu when you press joystick and some buttons in same time
• Added new setting for Joystick, Delay – delay in FRAMES before start recognize touch (starts moving). You can set joystick sensitivity for avoid accidental touch.

• Now plugin have one .js file for RPG Maker MZ and MV versions
• Small fixes and Core scripts update
