UPDATE: Updated the code files. Now you can switch the coder model between 3.5 to 4 by typing "mmm" then enter. default is 3.5-turbo-16k. instructor model is set with 3.5-turbo. 

Chatgpt Auto builder & coder uses either gpt-3.5-turbo-16k or GPT-4 to call functions to build complex multi file apps from simple descriptions. You can work on your projects iteratively and  resume your projects as well. It uses pure python and OpenAI API to make two consecutive calls to functiona calling variants of GPT to code entire applications.
