I think there is two possible variants for this frame: 1) there are some girls with Miller in the limo (Mallory? Sabine? Janny? Brittany?), but they all are not pregnant, and Miller want something more and think about. Or 2) Miller is boring and think about something more than casual girls. May be he need a pregnant girl?! Or VERY pregnant girl?!! (He do not know about Cari now). And Miller ask about this from driver. At this variant all frame content will be based only on dialogue, but the tie can be based even on successful dialogue only! May be Miller has a pregnant fetish, but didn't guess it earlier and found it during dialogue?
