Hello everyone!! Time for a "status update" post. I finished the animation with CowGirl, . And now time for Frozen 2 :). So let's go

My scheduled meeting with my family.

As I said earlier. I was going to visit my family this month. It will be a short rest for a week or week and a half. I have prepared everything for remote work. My laptop is getting pretty good FPS in the viewport in Frozen 2 scenes. What surprised me.  Although it will be difficult for me, I think that at least I will be able to make all the necessary edits for the part of the animation that is dedicated to the castle. Alas, the trip was postponed to the end of this month. And only now I'm going to them. But in general, I will be in touch and will continue to make Frozen 2

Frozen 2:

Firstly, I plan to switch to 2k video format. 4k is still early. BUT I think that I will try to make Frozen 2 in 2k format and in 60 fps.  And I'll see what happens. I think the render will be longer, but not by much. If compare with 4k format. 

Since in the final stages I was absorbed in completing COwgirl animation, I had little time for Frozen 2. Now I decided to make all the basic edits to the scenes that will take place in the castle. And immediately prepare them for render.  I also decided to add some conspiratorial elements in relation to the character Anna.

Added some maaaaaagiiiic. Since such a strong ice of Elsa after the incident that occurred in 1 part is not so easy to melt. Believe me, Anna has tried a lot of things.

I also added an icing effect on the character's body, but i made is such a strange lighting in the room that it is almost invisible. It will be necessary to rework this moment.

Well, at least she won't have to complain about back pain because she found a more convenient way to transport our boy.

I'm still thinking about the effect of the look from behind the ice. I try different parameters.

BUT in general Anna is quite persistent and has achieved her goal.  Now she is trying to "help" her new friend.

All renders without processing is just quickly made images.

The Anna model has adopted a number of changes in terms of its textures. I changed her body textures.

Now she reacts better to the shadows and light of the room. And also her skin has a more natural texture with goosebumps and not a super smooth surface.

Now I am bringing the first half of the journey in the castle into a fully ready-to-render format. Then I take up the second file, add everything I wanted to add, correct all sorts of errors that I noted and then proceed to actions in the tower.

I think for the storyline I have planned, I will need to increase the conversational part of this animation. In the first half. I think I will weave all the main dialogues into the journey along the spiral staircase in the tower.

That's all for now. Not so much as I would like, but now I will gain momentum and finish with this scene and move on to the tower scene.

After Cowgirl, I gave my PC a break from Render. And now I'm going to my family. There are still scenes with errors that need to be rerendered. So her release will be postponed until I get home.
