Flannery is one of the most underrated Pokegirls IMO. She's been a pet fave of mine since I was a kid. I remember trying to draw her long before I even started posting on DA, but I always struggled with her hair. Thankfully I've come a long way since then (with lots of help from you guys along the way)!
