Bus is parked right here in Royal Oak, MI, just north of Detroit. So, we're more or less playing Detroit, ok?

Ooh, it was a fun one last night, despite some challenging monitors, and a monitor guy who goofed up a few times, we had a blast. They serve pizza at Kemba Live! and a dude right in the front row was chomping on a pepperoni slice as I came out for the music set. What a fun thing to watch while performing! Later, during my piano set, someone sent me up a slice and I had a piece during a song. It was fun to get loose and have some 'za during the show.   not very professional but, whatever!

Earlier in the day, I went to the North Market, a nice collection of restaurants and cheese shops - I was getting some Pho for JP, when the guy working there said "Is your name Tim?" I said "yep!" He said "Tim Kenner?"  No. "Oh, you looked like a guy I knew in high school," I said "oh, I'm not from here, I'm from California." He said, "Oh, I used to live in Glendale."

Whhhaaaat?

After the show, I got to say hi to my pal Debby Ryan (the mega Disney star who I was in Spin Me Round with) and her husband who's the drummer in 21 Pilots. Such good people. They live in Columbus! Loved the show, and they had seen it already in New York last summer... They had good observations and really appreciated how much work I'm doing during the show.  Show people truly get the grind I'm currently going through.  The voice is holding up good, after that day of rest and it was a great way to start the week.

Tonight is gonna be a big one. Big room and very close to selling out. Can't wait to see you again Michigan!

That seems like a really great vibe even if it was maybe a little unprofessional, I can only imagine how much the audience must have loved seeing it! very cool! And what a bizarre interaction u had hahahah
