Svetlana Tackle complete (Patreon)

This is her 2nd special move.  An unstoppable lunging Command grab.  Which sounds strong since I hope it is.  The focus is to give Svetlana a lot of tools to plow forward but not much of anything else.  To give the intimidation of a Rhino charging.

There is no follow-up to this if you're thinking it's like Ralf or Marduk.  I want the impact of the tackle to be all that is necessary to sell the damage.
