Jumbo('20) Walk WIP (Patreon)

I'm gonna put Sarjiri on hold for a bit.  Jumbo's reanimation has started and his sprites are gonna be smaller than Jumbo, Julian and definitely Sarjiri.  This helps my speed at creating them.
