The new training regime once again consisted into two parts, alternated  to keep Nami somewhat stimulated. "Somewhat", because both types of  training turned out to actually be significantly monotone, and mostly meant  to improve Nami's posture and resistance.

When the Shadows first  walked into the "quarantine room", Nami was carried to a smaller room,  similar to where she underwent the orders and commands training.
