Hello lovely Patrons! Hope you've been having a good couple of races.

Just thought I'd update you as I've been away a few weeks in North America so missed a couple of races. Thank you for your patience. I actually ended up catching covid in the middle of my trip so spent a week of it isolating (booo!) and still have a lingering cough, which is going to make recording videos a little annoying!

But the Canadian Grand Prix was really fun. I only got GA tickets so spend time wandering around. I would say, I would probably have got grandstand in hindsight as Montreal has pretty limited GA visibility but it was nice to mill around and soak it all up!

I'll be back to business from this week onward and I -think- I'll be a guest on the post-Austria 'Any Driven Monday' on Sky Sports F1 this coming Monday if you watch that. Hopefully with limited coughing.

Sorry to hear you got Covid in the middle of your trip--that's the worst! Sophia + I also got Covid while at the Canadian GP in GA. To your point, we also found GA visibility frustratingly limited--compared to what friends have said about tracks like Austin, there were no real spaces set up. On Friday, we found a narrow spot behind a food truck across from the pit lane--amazing view! Saturday and Sunday, that spot was not available and we ended up in a smallish wedge-shaped area between two grandstands at turn 6. This was our first GP and we had a great time. Next time though, I think we'll spend the additional $$$ on actual seats! :) Hope you get to feeling better.

Yeah I think definitely worth a good research before have. I've done GA at Silverstone, Spa and Turkey and those were all pretty good for views as they have lots of hilly greens to sit on. So it was just the limited nature of the flat city track I think! Ha and yes I think I was in that spot on Friday too!

Get well soon Stuart! I also just recovered from covid a couple of weeks ago. If you're anything like me, the coughing will go away after another week or two.
