Live editing? (Patreon)

So I've heard some YouTubers let their Patreons watch them do some editing live over stream. With the way I work that seems like the most boring thing someone could possibly watch but I might think of a way to do something vaguely interesting. These people are most video essayist than animators so their process is probably more interesting but I'm willing to try one day.
