This PPV is near and dear to me, it was the first event that got me into wrestling for good. I remember my friend whose birthday is Valentines Day inviting me over to watch this because it was one of the only Sundays where we had off school the next day and he wanted a friend to watch it with. I vividly remember the steel cage match and falling in love with Stone Cold's persona and attitude, culminating in the moment Austin was almost out of the cage but went back in when Vince flipped him off. Since then he was my favorite wrestler and I followed his career after that. Just wanted to give a shout out to you guys for being awesome and allowing me to relive the experience because I couldn't tell you a single match other than the main event. Cheers!

I miss some of the moves from this PPV, Golddust’ shattered dreams, a bronco buster from Xpac, HHH with a pedigree , Owen Hart’s inzaguri, Big show being an idiot, classic stuff.

This show always reminds me of that same year’s valentines since it was on Valentine’s Day that this ppv took place. Initially I was going to watch the pay-per-view live at a friends house, but a girl that I had a crush on for years called me up the night before when I was just leaving work and asked me to drive all the way out to Katy Texas and spend the evening with her, because her parents had gone out of town for the weekend. when I got to her house after an hour drive she wanted me to literally spend the night at the house because she was scared to be home alone. Unlike Josh I was disappointed. The next day on my way home my car ran out of gas on Highway 59 and did not make it home until an hour after the PPV had started. So I had to wait for the VHS release to watch this. Lesson learned was Wrestling before hoes.
