So Frederica is still a bitch but she is an ugly fat one instead of a hot one like most villainesses. Interesting change especially because Scott has a lot less spine in dealing with the opposite sex and Jean does at this point.

Remembering how much i dont like scott from the comics is funny. Cause dude is like psychic cantnip for some reason and he is just a wish dot com boyscout when people wanted captain america or superman. Just remembered one of the memes from xmen 3 when they found out a cure exist and their saying no your born perfect to the girl who cant touch another person without them almost dying. It just makes Lee's approach much better of easing her into the world shes in now by not trying to force her to move into the manor and be living on their time having to be ready for go time.

Lee's approach is, actually, a lot softer than even Xavier's is, it's just his 'Right, so, the supernatural exists... surprise!' masks it by seeming like he's blunt and in your face. This is on purpose.
