So I distinctly remember you talking about how you liked the Avatar fanfic Embers at one point so I gotta ask: Did you create that whole Mission just so you could send Dencifer to Embers? Not that there's nothing wrong with that, considering that Dencifer would be a bit too OP for canon Avatar I think, and the fact that I haven't read Embers (yet) will let me be surprised by new developments which is always nice.

...Avatar during the (literally) 100-year war is a Tier 4. Avatar during the Equalist Attacks/Harmonic Convergence/Red Lotus Attacks/Earth Empire Expansion is Tier 4. He's going to an AU that is likely Tier 5. It very much won't be more peaceful, and will likely make Dencifer question his 'manager's' definition of 'vacation' when he realizes the full extant of it.

Will he learn the chi blocker style and will it work outside of atla humans or similar with chi points cause not every setting has those chi points

Uhhh... if it *is* the world of Embers by Vathara then they may end up with an immortal evil apocalypse-junkie dragon queen after their asses in short order. Preeeeetty sure she'd kick AfO's ass in the supervillain stakes. Good times. (That is one damn good fic, highly recommend.)

1) Shouldn't he have gotten some extra points when his world jumped tier? Or is that one of those "left to the whim of the manager" things? 2) Do we know if time is passing in the MHAverse? Or can he go back to it later and pick up where he left off with a clear head and extra power-ups?

The payout wasn't because the world jumped tier, but because the WC and the people running it mis-tiered it as one lower than it actually was, so he got less points than he should've had originally. WT changes due to the world itself changing don't give a bonus.
