It’s not an anime (there is an anime about it though) it’s a videogame called Persona 5 It’s a JRPG made by Atlus (known for the persona series and the game Catherine) they combine typical anime tropes and even animation into their games giving them a very unique aesthetic. The character here is Joker (aka The Protagonist, Ren Amamiya, Akira Kurusu)
