Just My Luck Chapter 03 (Patreon)

Blades clashing. my Ōdachi met Emiya’s twin falchions. Using my speed, I tried to get past his guard, which was thwarted by him. His technique far outclasses my superior physical stats.

Unfurling my wings, I formed dozens of fireballs and launched them from my wings, “desolation blast.” The fireballs rained down on Emiya, who skillfully dodged through them.

Seeing my attacks being dodged I flied closer to him. “Sonic zephyr.” Flapping my wings I created a tremendous shock wave, which pushed him back, making me grin.

“Okay enough playing….” Emiya disappeared and reappeared right in front of me, with his twin falchions crossed and on either sides of my neck.

“Stupid six powers.” I cursed. I couldn’t even track his movement after he used soru.

“My my master, are you by any chance, jealous?” Emiya asked me with that infuriating smirk on his face.

Which just made me angrier.

Emiya put away his two falchions back to their sheaths. The two falchions are actually skillful grade swords named dusk and twilight.

My Ōdachi is a great grade sword, Akaiittou “red blade.”, which as it names specifies has a red blade along with the word red engraved on the side of the Ōdachi. The hilt of the Ōdachi is also wrapped in a black material. The handguard is a made up of golden rectangle.

“You should really stop naming all your attacks, master.”

“Did you say something, mister-I-recite-an-entire-poem-before-I-attack.” I deadpanned at him. Emiya’s eye twitched and his lips turned into a scowl.

Haha. I win.

Emiya walked away scowling.

Placing my sword in it sheathe. I called my flames to heal all my injuries. Feeling the comforting heat, I let out a sigh of comfort.

It’s been two months since I escaped. During this time, I’ve tried learning the six powers and the haki.

Which is not going well, so far, I can barely use soru, only being able to kick five times. And haki is no where close to master.

Unlike Emiya who has already awakened observation haki, and has a radius of 3km, and has already mastered tekkai, soru and shigan.

“Sigh stupid archers.”

“I can hear you!” Emiya yelled from Infront of me.

“So, when are you going to use your rolls? From what I remember you should’ve accumulated a total of 10 rolls now.” Emiya asked.

“Oh shit!” I pulled my rolls. I totally forgot about it.

Seeing the number of rolls I couldn’t help but pray, after all I’m someone who once got 8 Mapo tofu in a row.

“Oh, lady luck may RNGesus favor me.” I prayed devotedly to my patron.

Emiya rolled his eyes and said, “I hope you draw kanshou and bakuya.”

“don’t you like your current ones.”

Archer touched the sheaths of the falchions and had a look of nostalgia in his eyes. “The current swords are not bad, but even if I gained the strongest weapon in existence, I will always prefer using kanshou and bakuya. After all those two have been by my side for far too long.”

“I see. I’m not sure if I can gain them but if I did, ill give it to you, kay?” he simply nodded his head, with a tiny smile on his face.

“Lets…roll!”

turning my head, I saw Emiya leaning on a tree acting all cool. Time to break it.

“I gained a companion.” The companion that’ll finally break your ‘I’m cool’ façade.

“Oh.” Archer replied but seeing my smirk Emiya’s face turned into confusion. “Is it someone I know?”

I just smiled wider and summoned her.

A yellow magic circle appeared Infront me, archer just stared at it with confusion, but after seeing the person who was summoned his confusion turned into dread.

The servant summoned has the appearance of a young girl in her early-mid teens with a slender physique, soft skin, and green eyes. She has blonde hair that seems as if someone sprinkled gold dust on it. Her face shows some signs of naivety and displays elegance and regality of a queen.

“Servant saber has answered your call, I ask you this, are you my- Shirou!” the king of knights appeared Infront of me all noble but the nobility was quick lost when she saw Emiya.

“Master, why art thou a heartless bitch.” Emiya cursed me quietly.

I just laughed. Let’s see you keep your cool persona when your teenage crush is here.

-scene change-

“I don’t think I can eat anymore.” My stomach was bloated, if I ate even a single thing, I’m pretty sure I would explode. I look towards Artoria who has eaten more than twice the amount I ate. I underestimated her appetite and foolishly challenged her to an eating contest.

…I lost and Artoria seems to be just warming up.

“Why did I walk into this hell.” Emiya complained yet he skillfully flipped the meat and placed them on a plate and wiping away the stains with a nod. And placed them Infront of Artoria.

No matter how much Emiya complained he didn’t stop cooking.

We are currently in the kitchen of the traveler’s capsule house.

Forgetting about the bs that is dragon ball, the second important thing I rolled is the skill.

This skill is a game changer. Too bad that I didn’t get all fiction, if I did the celestial dragons would have been turned to nothing already.

Kumogawa was such a badass. I wonder if I could meet him. But not now, maybe after I gain some ability that will make sure I wont die the moment I step in.

Now that I think about it. Any powers from medaka box are overpowered.

“Master.”

Sadly, while Artoria is an amazing heroic spirit, due to her gaining a new body her physical strength has dropped to the levels of an average human.

“Master.”

But the most unfortunate thing that happened was the fact that Artoria does not possess any noble phantasm. No Avalon and no Excalibur. If I want them, I need to gain them separately. Which is complete BS.

“MASTER!”

“Yeah. What?”

“we’ve been calling you for quite a while.” Looking around I saw that the plates have been cleaned and that Artoria was standing Infront of me.

“Yes?”

“I am Artoria pendragon, former king of Camelot. I do not have my former power, nor do I have my sword, but I hope to join in your journey, as long as you accept.”

I turned my gaze towards Emiya who seemed to understand me and just shrugged.

“Sure. I mean, who would be stupid enough to say no to the king of knights.” I smiled at her.

“I see. I look forward to working alongside you to free this world from oppression.” She nodded.

“Shirou I wish to talk to you in private.” Emiya nodded his head. And I smirked.

“Artoria and Emiya sitting under a tree, K-i-s-s-i-n-g.” Artoria blushed like a tomato while Emiya was scowling with a slight almost unnoticeable blush.

“Are you a child, master.”

“Yup.” I said, Emiya simply sighed and walked upstairs along with a blushing Artoria

With that the two left. I wonder if they are going to have sex. God knows Emiya needs to get laid.

Shaking my head, I went outside to train. Afterall, I need strength if I want my revenge.

-scene change-

I’m currently holding a rock, which I have been trying to melt for quite some time. It takes a minimum of 600 degrees Celsius and maximum of 1300 degrees Celsius to melt a rock. I need to make my flames hotter, hotter than magma, which is 1500 degrees Celsius, then I can blow a hole in the donut maker.

If I make my flames hotter than magma, one of my minor goals will be complete.

Imagine me arriving on a battle field, and then the surrounding start to melt, just like Natsu during the magic games.

With my devil fruit, which is at the same league as Kaido’s, it should be possible.

The vermillion bird, one of the four Chinese symbols – which begs the question on how the himejima clan has one of the four sacred beasts, afterall they should be Chinese – which represent the four different directions, The vermillion bird lords over the south. While my devil fruit does not grant me powers over the south or ability to manipulate weather, but my devil fruit does gives me the ability to control flames and wind and also grants regeneration, I could cut off my arm, and a new one would regrow.

Though I’m not entirely sure what I need to do to awaken my fruit but I do have some slight goals regarding its usage.

One, make my flames hotter than magma. Two, increase regeneration speed – in the beginning I needed 10 minutes to heal a minor injury, now I could heal the same injury in 2 – three, increase my control over the wind so that I would be able to create cyclones effortlessly. And four improve my body, especially speed and durability.

Speaking about speed, I should probably wear the power anklet that I gained.

Taking out the anklet from my inventory, I looked at them, the two ankle weights were simply a thick ankle band that seemed to made of metal, and they had a small screen which tells the weight, I wore them on my legs. And I quickly felt how heavy it was, looking at the screen which displayed that the current weight was 20kg on one, that means I’m currently carrying 40kg in total. how the hell did rock lee carry 4200kg of weights. That’s like one hundred times my current weight.

I need power. I don’t want to kill the celestial dragons. No, killing will be mercy, I will become strong and become the sword of Damocles hanging above them. They will live in fear for the rest of their lives. They will be afraid; they will live every day fearing that I would come to kill them. They will feel the pain that I felt.

The pain of being treated as an animal, being forced to eat like a dog, made to chairs, being whipped, cut and raped just so they could be entertained.

I shook my head and regained my focus. Not now, I’m too weak. I must complete my checklist if I want to have my revenge.

But then what? What will I do after my revenge. Go back home, is there even one. My mother is dead, and if I remember correctly Akeno is part of rias peerage in canon, did my existence change anything? Maybe Akeno was added to a peerage of someone like Diodora.

The only thing after my revenge against the celestial dragons is my revenge against the himejima clan.

…which is sad. I need a goal. Every person had a goal, even issei had a goal being the harem king, which isn’t a bad goal, but if I did make a harem, my harem will consist of only older and busty woman. No loli. I used to be elder of the [protec loli and fuc mommy sect], so if I do lewd things to a loli my cultivation will be broken.

Pffft. Hahahahhaaha.

What else? Become the richest person in the multiverse? Too much work. Hmmm? I guess my primary goal would be to become strong enough to do whatever I want.

Focus.

I look at my hand, a rock the size of an apple is atop of my palm. I will my flames to burn it. Vermillion flames cover the rock, trying to melt it. But it does not. But I focus on my flames to burn hotter.

My flames would become hot, it would become hot enough to one day burn the sun itself.

Chapter 03 of just my luck is done.

Lots of things happened, Emiya seemed to have already learned observation haki, tekkai and soru. Also, Emiya’s husband was summoned, but without her noble phantasm. Thank lady luck for that, Excalibur would’ve been way too powerful and don’t even get me started on Avalon. Also, Emiya seemed to be missing his go-to swords.

Anyway, our lovely protagonist is gonna take akainu’s “magma is far superior to fire” and then make a donut out of him.

What characters would you want summoned? I’m currently not going to use any more fate characters for some time so you could recommend me characters if you want.
