You will know this game name as Rival Turf. But in Japan is a series call Rushing Beat. This is a rare hand bill for the release of the game on Super Famicom for 8700 Yen. It was release 3/27/1992. This hand bill size is not right for magazine size so it  probably was given out at arcades or game shows.
